The super recycle foam is getting the recycle foam scrap together with the special raw material by the advanced technology and equipment.The markedness character istic of this product is its good breath ability,pass off moisture,reduce foot odor and cushion absorption,it can give your foot a breath of fresh.
The main reason why most insoles resulted the hot,moisture and odor is because of the nomal temperature of the foot skin surface is about 37.C,but inside a shoe under average conditions it rises to 41.C and causes the foot swell.The swelling caused a tighter fit with more heat and discomfort the heat can build up perspiration,60% of this moisture is evaporated through the top rim of the shoe,and 30% by a laced boot,The rest remains inside the shoes,make your feet uncomfortable hot and clammy feeling.Perspiration is about 98% water and 2% salts and acids that corrode the shoe’s materials and cause the shoe to age and lose fit and shape sooner than it should,And of course the odor will be sooner produced.
The super recycle foam have the sparsity cell construction,that is composed by millions of minute pores or air bubbles,which allow air to circulate freely through the insole,to pass off the moisture from the feet,keeping them cooler and dryer,also the antibacterial preparation and the activated carbon part of the product’s fomula,they can substantially diminish the environment in which bacterial and fungus can grow reducing odor and keeping feet free of athlete’s foot and other afflictions.

the two foams perform comparably with the commercially available faom odour control meterials,the 4mm PU foam insock material giving slightly better results.

The minimum recommendation of 2.0mg/cm2/hr for linings used in industrial footwear is the only guideline available at present.
Both samples meet the minimum requirement for industrial footwear.

CUSHION INSOCK - SATRA PM159(1992)
There are two parameters in the test:CE and CF
CE-cushion energy:The larger the better
CF-cushion factor:the smaller the better
CEw and CFw-we drop 360kpa onto the material under testing which equal the walk impact to the insole.
CEr and CFr-we drop 688kpa onto the material under testing which equal the run impact to the insole
1)After walking and running the CF and CE of 6mm PU-cushion insock are reach the A level.The cushion absorption is better.
