Dongguan Fullgin Foam Plastic Co., LTD. (Mainland) was established in 1989 and is affiliated to Taiwan's Hexiang Group Company. Our company mainly produces and processes various foam products. Due to the expansion of production scale, it was relocated to Gaobu Town, Dongguan City in August 2004. The factory covers an area of 110,000 square meters and has an investment of 4 million US dollars. Our company boasts strong technical development capabilities, modern workshops and advanced automated foam production equipment. We have three foaming production lines, two of which have been put into use. Currently, we have 300 employees and an annual output of over 6,500 tons, with a maximum production capacity of 11,000 tons.
In order to enhance competitiveness and expand both domestic and international markets, our company has been actively strengthening international technological exchanges, cooperation and development. We have introduced advanced high-pressure foam production equipment from abroad and officially started mass production in October 2002, manufacturing and innovating internationally leading products. At present, our company mainly has four series of products: automatic high-pressure foaming foam production, automatic low-pressure foaming foam production, HI-POLY (environmentally friendly recycled foam) and MDI foam series. It is mainly applicable to the production of shoes, sports goods, clothing, underwear and audio equipment, etc. Our products are of guaranteed quality and we have become one of the designated suppliers of world-renowned brands such as Nike and Adi das in China, and have established long-term cooperative relationships with other manufacturers.
The company adheres to the principle of satisfying customers, constantly developing and innovating products to enter the market. In April 1998, it was awarded the highest quality certificate of ISO 9002 by the International Organization for Standardization, and in June 2001, it passed ISO 9001:2000, thus entering the ranks of international quality assurance. When the call for "saving the Earth" has increasingly become the global main theme, our company has followed the international development trend and taken the lead in researching and developing environmentally friendly foam - HI-POLY. On October 30, 2002, we were awarded the "Invention Patent Certificate" by the State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China and have become a pioneer in environmentally friendly foam technology. It has now been launched in both domestic and international markets, making contributions to the benefit of humanity.
